I really like "Sandra" dark pink,lots of flowers & strong long stems. "Brushstrokes" is bright pink and another one I like is "Chilsons pride"...it produces tons of flowers that are a soft pink fading to almost white in the fall.

Be sure to look at some of the dahlias that are classified as lavender. Brushstrokes mentioned by Busy-Girl is a perfect example. It is classified by the ADS as lavender.

I sure wish my field grown dahlias looked like that! I can do that in my greenhouse, but not outside. I also have earwigs to deal with and tarnish bugs, and they seem to love dahlias. Yours are gorgeous!
