I am growing my dahlias under gro-lights so that I don't have to wait so long for blooms. This is my first experience doing this and so far so good, but I have 2 plants that have white fuzzy specks on them. On one plant it's down in the crevice at the base of the leaf. It was hard to photograph but if someone could take a look, I'd appreciate it.
