a pic would sure help get you precise thoughts on this plant ...

since you seem to do bonsai ... can we assume you know all about proper potting media for conifers/trees ... drainage is a prime variable.. but not the only ...

Hi I don't think I explained my self , I have been given a mugo pine just a 6 inch tick by 10 inch high trank with same side branches the rest was cut of it has lots of nice roots but no needils or green at all can I help it to bud , same people say to put it in a plastic transparent bag to stimulate the plant to bud can you give me same advice, on this thanks again for your time.

First, post a picture.
Second, plant it or pot it in a good fast-draining soil, and then fertilize about two weeks after potting (if in a container).

No bag, no misting.
