Using rootone, potting soil and humidifier?

I'm going to receive some cuttings in the mail soon. I don't have any sort of special terrarium, nor do I want to buy vermiculite or anything traditionally used to root cuttings. Basically I already have a few supplies, and do not want to buy anything else. I have rootone, coconut coir, and foxfarm potting soil. I will soon receive cuttings of katuk and okinawan spinach.

What will be the most effective way to root these cuttings?
