My house faces north. In the spring and summer it gets morning sun from the right end until around 10am. Until around 2 or 3 pm the house shades the front. Then the sun has come far enough around to cast afternoon sun from the left end. But in the fall and winter months, with the shorter days it is always shaded. I have encore azaleas there now but have to move them. The lack of sun prevents the second blooming in the fall. I do not have any idea what to put back in that bed. I put a couple of Gerber daisies there last summer and they did fine. I also put out a white lantana which had a poor blooming. Please, any and all suggestions will be appreciated. Needless to say, I am a fairly new gardner.
