I think most people remove the foliage..I do. The foliage of most flowers turns brown and shrinks into a gnarly mess..I find it best to use dried grasses or dried pressed ferns or other pressed foliage in an arrangement. Since you would have so many flowers to experiment with, I'm hoping you'll post often how your trials go...I'm adding a site I've fond helpful. jo

I agree that you should strip the foliage, and Larkspur is best dried before all of the flower buds open. Hang them so air can circulate around the bunches.
