How to use water from dehumidifier?

I have a dehumidifier in my crawl space that drains water out the back of the house thru about a 1/2" pvc tube.It lays on the ground. The slope of the land gets greater in the back of the house. (Yes the front slopes a bit ie water issues under the house)

How can I rig this to use the water in other places and stop erosion?

Try attaching it to a rainbarrel. My mother-in-law always used dehumidifer water on her plants, and they LOVED it. The dehumidifier is taking the moisture out of the air, condensing it, and draining it away. Therefore it is similar to rainwater. Go for it. Your plants will love it.
