Young pawpaw fertilization and care

I have three one or two foot pawpaw trees (sunflower, mango, and wabash) that I ordered from one green world back in February. They came in tall pots and are doing well. Putting on new growth and looking good. I mulch heavy with leaves and have them on a watering system and give a good hour drip every 3 or 4 days. I have shade coverings built over them that block the 12:00 to4:00 sun which is HOT here in north FL. My question is...what should I fertilize with? How often? Any other advice for successfully growing these young plants would be great. I have some seeds I planted as a backup that just emerged and I'll be looking for some scions to graft onto them next spring. Thanks in advance for any info!
