I'm moving this fall and would like to prepare shrubs for moving this fall and I wanted to know if there is anything I can do now to lessen the shock to them this fall. Should root prune them with a spade. Should I cut them back now or later?

They are all large 3 - 6ft (blueberries, highbush cranberry, winterberry, gray dogwood, silky dogwood, red twig dogwood, beautyberry and a few other types.

My house is being destroyed so I want to chance this as they will die anyway if I do not move them.
