Hi there!

I used to live in the Adirondacks until about a month ago...then I moved to the Buffalo area. I can't say that I miss the black flies any! But I do miss my nice quiet nights and the great soil we had there. Here its all hard clay...not the greatest.

Hope you find fellow Adirondackers to chat with. I did see a thread last year that had a list a mile long of people in the Adirondack area. Maybe try posting on another forum and see if you get a better response. Good luck and enjoy the rest of your summer! :)

I live in Schenectady, NY, near the capital(Albany) Love gardening. When anyone calls for me or comes over,My husband Mike says I went out in the yard to garden and he hasn't seen me in months, look for me out in the yard. Ha Ha

Hi All, Thanks for the responses. Actually, I looking for fellow gardeners closer to home. Towns that are accessible to me are: Ticonderoga, Hague, Port Henry, Mineville, Crown Point, etc., all in NY state. If anyone here lives in one of those towns please contact me.
