My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

have: correction...pdx swap april 16th

What was I thinking! Involved in too many plant events I guess (lol). Sorry for the confusion, the Portland swap is tomorrow, April 16th...and thank you PDXjules for helping unravel the confusion. I'm going to the Leach Botanic Garden Sale at 9am over at Floyd Light Middle school and heading home and then over to the swap sometime around 10:30 I think...if anyone wants to carpool with me that would be fine, or maybe meet up with me a the Leach Sale and go from there.
