It's official - not sure how the information was distributed; however, in our office everything will be changed as of June 30th/July 1st to 6%.

I was wondering the same thing, actually, I was more interested in the GST remittance, using the Quick Method. Could it be as simple as sending in 4% instead of 5%? I asked my accountant yesterday (thinking I pay him to answer questions like that for me) and I could hear the blank stare at on the other end of the phone, he had no idea, no one had asked that question before... So, looks like I'm on my own - off to the Web to wade through their information. Call me anal but I just like to know these things! lol

The good thing is, we pay less GST on our new house et al! :)

Yeah, big deal, they decrease the GST, but they're just raising the gas prices again.
