Signet, are you talking about the "shrub" Amelanchier alnifolia? (close cousin to Serviceberry shrub) Or is there a plant as well?

My dad has an Amelanchier alnifolia in his backyard. If that is what you are looking for then I can ask him to save me some berries if the birds haven't scavenged them already.

Are you still looking for saskatoons? I have some berries that I have frozen, or can even dig up a little tree for you if you like. These are the wild ones. I saved some large berries about 15 years ago and now have several trees, with new ones coming up all the time.
I am looking for blackberries and am wondering if you still have some thornless blackberry seeds.

Wow. Now there is the power of the Gardenweb! LOL. I posted for Saskatoon berry seeds or plants in 2005 ,never did find any and now you have contacted me about them . I am thrilled that you did. I dont have any thornless blackberry seeds right now but come July I will have fresh ones if you are willing to wait that long . I would love a plant if at all possible but seeds will do just fine.
