Is my fig tree likely to produce this year

I bought this fig tree last year in the summer.it is in a huge pot. at the moment i see little buds and tiny leaves about to pop out. is ther any chance it will be bear any fruit this year. when i first bought it had fruit but they never matured and as soon as i brought it after a few days the leaves yellowed and dropped. a new batch of leaves grew and a few baby fruit which also fell off.
