HAVE: Thornless Key Lime and Persimmon- local pickup

I am tired of my thornless Key Lime tree. It has never done well for me. It is 6-7' tall, has leaf-miner damage, has not fruited in the 5-6 years I have owned it. It suffers from a mysterious malady that causes the new growing tops/leaves to die back. They look like a blowtorch was used on them. I took samples to specialists and was told it was a fungal disease. I have sprayed fungicide every year since, with no improvement.

If anyone wants to try to heal this tree, it is yours for free. Otherwise it gets dug up and trashed.

I also have a Fuyu Persimmom tree that has never flowered/fruited. It came from a Mounts Rare Fruit tree sale. I'm ready to pitch it too.

I will not be offended if no-one wants these two trees. But maybe they will thrive under someone else's care?

Jupiter Farms area. Both trees are in the ground.
