Mine has never grown much bigger. As long as you don't prune in spring they shud bloom. Prune right after blooming is done

All Sensation should be grafted, so they stay small(er) in size and take a while to get established.

I eventually got blooms the size of my forearm on my Sensation though. They were awesome.
