Personally, I would wait until spring. They dirt tends to fall off. Enjoy it where it is this year. It will be fine. I've had roses buried beneath branches of others for several years.

In the spring before it fully leafs out is the best time to move so they have the whole summer to settle in. When it is moved, they tend to act like a newly planted rose again. So don't it expect it be grand that year.
