Fig Tree 'Identity Crisis'

Hi from Pittsburgh:

Got a fig tree in a container and it's supposed to be an Italian Everbearing. However, the tree is afraid that it might be something else?

Any chance that someone could confirm the type and

put my tree's fears to rest?

It's very difficult to identify a fig without seeing the ripe figs. fig with no identity is not really a crisis.. you may end up with a really good fig after all.

Got lotsa figs---about 30 so far. All green.
I'll try and let you know what I end up with.
But only when the time is ripe. er, sorry

Later, when you have fruit, show pics with skin/pulp/leaf
and then some fig expert may have a good guess at it's ID...
