I'd be interested as well. I have this plant and it's really nice. Haven't had it set seed yet, that i know of, though.

Since I posted I have discovered that this plant is patent protected. I don't know what that means to the availability of seed for sale. I know it means you can't propagate it for profit but I don't know if you can trade or share. Does anyone know?

I'm envious you both are pleased with how well your diamond frost has grown, that is probably why they've done so well is that they've grown! I bought mine because in the local greenhouse they had one in a large pot with some trailing phlox, and it was gorgeous. But probably because it was grown for 2 months indoors with no wind it was able to be as large as it was. Be that as it may, I did buy a large one but made the mistake of planting it with petunias, which proved to be too aggressive (and beautiful - I planted tidal wave silver with blue priscillas and that turned out well, but very little room for diamond frost to poke out from). But, I did trim off a little piece to see if it would root (in a small glass of water), and it did, and I have it growing in another pot, but still it is not as large as what I'd seen in the greenhouse. In the second pot I placed it with babywing begonias, another rather aggressive plant, and it only gets part sun, so perhaps next year I should find a gentler annual to plant it with? Or did you plant in it's own container?

Thanks, good luck finding the seeds, maybe you can overwinter a cutting for the windowsill?

I have mine growing alone in a container; it did not get quite as big as I expected but is lovely all the same. I think maybe I should have tried a bigger container. In any event I will try to take some cuttings because I really like this plant. I also plan to overwinter it as a houseplant to see how it does.

Any pictures of your pots?

Learned something new...Euphorbia Diamond Frost is related to Leafy Spurge. Now, that I have seen lots of. There are little patches here and there in the ditches around here.

It is also a cousin of the well known Christmastime poinsetia/poinsettia/poinssetta (I obviously do not know it's correct spelling!). I've read it can be grown as a houseplant - and it did root for me in water in the early spring - took about 2 weeks - and grew on slowly after that.

Thanks for the info on rooting it. I'll definitely give it a try. Like i need more plants in here in the winter! LOL

What other purpose are those windows for? (Mine beg for plants to be in front of them, if I want to feel the sun I go outside!)
