Hi Shauna and the GW Bosses....I for one will sign this petition, I think it will be a wonderful asset if we were to have a gallery and a conversation area so that we can chat off topics.

I was thinking about this same thing recently but it's Shauna who had the smarts to petition... thanks Shauna, I hope they give us a gallery and/or chat area.

I have to add though, the mediators seem pretty lenient on us with regard to off-topic. I should know, if they were strict I would have every thread kicked off here as fast as they could read them... hee hee

Very good post Shauna and a great idea. Is there a process we have to go through? Do we have to post this to the Suggestions and Ideas forum? When the chicken freaks, myself included, tried to get a chicken forum apart from the farm life forum, one member posted a request on the Suggestions and Ideas forum and then everybody chimed in. Maybe you should cross post to the Suggestions and Ideas forum and then we can all post our agreement, posting your stats would be great.

When I visit other forums, I'm always surprised at how slowly many of them seem to move compared to ours! More space for photos and conversation is never a bad thing; it certainly doesn't hurt to ask for it. Great idea, Shauna!

Yea, you guys do talk alot...Just kidding.

I think it's a great idea, the members of this forum are very close, respond quickly to each others postings and are very interested in each others lives outside of the regular garden chat (one member going for her master gardeners certificate, everyone wanted to know how she was progressing...etc).

I'm bringing this to the top again to see if we have anymore people that wish to add to it.

I also want to include the thread from yesterday inviting all the "lurkers" to join us. It was a really fun thread and a very good indication of why this forum needs a conversation and gallery section.
