Amaranthus 'Velvet Curtains'

I'm really enjoying this plant. It is a good foliage focal point in the garden. Plus I've also determined it has a long vase life as a cut flower.

Now I'm wondering how it would do in a dry arrangement. Any advice on how to dry it? Would I have to hang it upside down?

I like the way it arches down as a cut flower and would like to dry it that way if possible. I guess I'm having a hard time letting go of a good thing, LOL.
