Ficus and human's health

Hi, I wanted to ask a question that hadn't been asked yet I think. I've heard and read that ficus benjamina is not good for Your health, especially for man' heart and it shouldn't been placed in the bedroom. Does anybody know anything about other ficuses in that matter? I would like to know if I can keep ficus lyrata, fiddle leaf fig in the bedroom.

That sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me. Look for scientific data that would support that. I'm a nurse and have never heard of anything like that. And, this Fig forum is for edible figs, Ficus carica. You be better served in posting this question over on the House Plants Forum. Both ficus cultivars you're referring to are ornamental varieties.
