Southern Figs

Does anyone have a suggestion for a large, very sweet fig for the southeastern U.S.? I have a pass-a-long, inherited fig tree (probably Brown Turkey) that bears tons of fruit in July and August, They are medium size brownish-red fruit (outside), pinkish inside, relatively sweet. It is planted against a windowless north facing brick wall by the driveway. The tree must be 10 feet tall and wide. It reaches to the second floor window. I'd love to have a large fruiting variety as well. I could dry figs in the empty greenhouse during the summer. Does anyone have a suggestion?
