What amazes me about this kind of thing is that the plant can go all the way from production to store shelf without somebody saying "Hmmm. This looks a little different. People are always looking for a different little plant. Maybe we should hold onto this." You have to wonder- did they think it was a disease? And if they did, why didn't they pull the plant? Oh well, I guess the cluelessness of the souless sector of the garden industry is a boon for us true plant lovers. Looking forward to seeing Echinacea 'Nigella'....or 'whatever'...on the shelves some day!
Just curious- is there white on every leaf? Looks like a bunch of green up top, though I can see the white edge on that largest leaf. Just wanting to hope and believe that it will be stable for you.

Now I bet you will be tempted to look at every single specimen of every single plant at every single nursery you visit, no matter how bland or boring. I am. But then I'm crazy and hopefully you are not. LOL!

How about an update on that Echinacea? There has been a lot of talk in the Perennials forum lately about 'Sparkler' and 'Prairie Frost'. Has it bloomed?
