Help!! Plant Identification

I have no idea what plant this is. It is doing really well, but I don't know how to care for it.

The stalk is red and bright green leaves with read veins.

Hibiscus cannabinus or Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa).

Its an edible leaf. Its famous in southern part of India.

Bunti. Thank you. We had a freeze down here and I harvested the pods before hand - the plant looked like it was going dormant anyway. We have some small freezer spots on it, but I think it will make a recovery. In any case, we have a ton of pods. My wife got it at a plant swap here in Savannah. It really likes the soil here and its location I guess. Thank you so much. now I can care for it better.

Its called "Gongura" in our language. If you google, you will find plenty of information.
