Pruning advice sought...

I have a fig tree that I started from a cutting about 4 years ago. It is planted against a 6' high, south-facing rock wall. It's grown vigorously and I've begun to get fruit off of it, but it's about 8' high and leggy, and I'm thinking of pruning it to make it shorter and to have a more pleasing shape. In the photo below, it's the one on the left. It has two main branches coming up from the ground. Should I keep both branches and just prune them back, or should I keep only the larger one (the main Y-shaped one) and prune it, or what? And how much should I prune off? Thanks.
