My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

planted Oct 7 what will survive?

21 years ago

Im in zone 8 and planted the following on oct 7.

Parsnips

Carrots

Beets

Spinach

Cabbage

Will the beets continue to grow in the cold and be available to eat during winter? Or will I have to overwinter them and let them finish growing when it warms up?
