Hmmm, let's see now. spinach and swiss chard, tatsoi and bok choi for sure. What else? carrots, scallions, lamb's lettuce, claytonia, arugula, minutina, beet greens, chicory, broccoli raab, collards, kale, dandelion, endive, garlic greens, leeks, escarole, hmmm, uh, sorrel, radish, parsley,lots of chinese veges, watercress, turnip greens, mustards of all sorts, and I probably left out a dozen or more that I can't think of at the moment. And if you microgreen veggies, the list changes some and gets larger.

I too, grow in a shed that's converted to a greenhouse, and indoors under lights (microgreens), and outdoors in raised beds (kale and carrots) that easily survive into winter.
