I have found that it takes a week or so before the newly opened blooms on mock oranges have a scent.
You might want to keep going back to sniff 'Natchez' to see if they're finally fragrant or not.

I have two mock oranges - Philadelphus 'Snowbelle' and P. 'Innocence'.
So far I prefer Snowbelle's scent however my Innocence is finally getting fairly large so hopefully it will have more blooms for me to sniff this year.

Thanks, I went to another calloway's and bought the cream de mint dwarf MO... and a honeysuckle. I'll wait for another 2weeks and see if it'll produce a scent. Thanks :).

Ah! You got a Pittosporum and not a Philadelphus.
Two separate plants (genuses) but they share a common name.
Well I hope you like the scent of Cream De Mint! :)
