Lol! Well I never thought about making a gardening resolution but it couldn't hurt. Although I'll probably be in the same boat you are and break it every time.

I guess my resolution is to get the greenhouse done before fall.

Redesigning and enlarging a flower bed sounds like a wonderful consequence for breaking a resolution. How fun!
I don't make resolutions, but I once gave up deprivation for Lent. I learned more from that experience than any other Lent, so I say make resolutions and break them and find out where it takes you. Have fun with the new garden bed.

I did not make any new years resolutions for plants. A few years ago I made a permanent decision to try and grow anything that can grow from seed, that I would like to have in my garden, from seed. Anything I do not have success with, or can't grow from cuttings (both hard or too slow) I will buy. This has worked like a charm!
