My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am in Texas and read an artile about Geechee Red Peas. I can't find any seed for sale. I was wanting to try to grow some in my garden this year.

DOes anyone have any seeds to trade?

Please let me know if you do and hopefully we can work something out. I am REALLY wanting to plant some this year to try.
