The table is a mid century modern table in Teak that has been bleached by a local South Australian furniture restorer and the chairs are replica Eames chairs from Matt Blatt.

What kind of flooring did you use? Love the shine.

@Karen Simmons the concrete slab was polished with a grinder.
The concrete was sealed with a sealer, commonly used for any stone or porous tile surfaces.
No epoxies were used in the process. It really is working the concrete to create a finish, not relying on a coating.

What grits were used for the polishing of the concrete? So, the polishing gives the shine not the sealer?

Hi @barbra123, the floor was done in two stages so the owner is not sure of the answer to that question. They were not happy with the original job but then a company called Arrunga Surface Solutions fixed it for them. I know with my floor at home a lot of the work was done as the concrete was poured with a helicopter. This slab as you have noticed is ground down. Sorry not to be of more help.
