Strawberrys - early or late

Some like to have early strawberrys. Seems to me that the earlyest ones are the largest but if they are too early the cold weather kills them and the next batch are smaller. Sweet Charley seems to me to be too early in mid Georgia. Is there a late variety that is as good?

Check with your local county extension office. They should be able to give you expert advise on this. That's the exact kind of thing they are there for.
