I would suggest that you contact the Georgia Native Plant Society. We have members all over the metro area and some one might be willing to come speak about native plants. Plus members might be willing to donate plants to your cause.

Contact Nature Turf or your local PTA...they have a partner program whereby they donate through the schools PTA something like $50 per yearly yard program to the PTA and they have partners that provide products at cost...like nurseries, landscape supply stores etc...
