No, he is just someone we know. I think we have decided to pay by the hour. We will pay after he is either finished or ready to leave. He says he's a fast worker. We will keep an eye on him and see how he does. We can sure use the help and if he is reliable maybe he will be willing to work half a day on weekends. We were thinking $12 an hour. 12$ an hour for someone who understands exactly what you want done and performs the tasks properly is quite a deal as long as he doesn't stretch out the work longer than it should take to complete.

He worked three hours today or should I now say yesterday- He got a good bit of work done so I hope all will go well. I guess we could always decide to pay by the job if he begins to lag.

And on the other hand, if he does a great job, make sure you take good care of him (if you want him back).
