I'm afraid I might be in need of a retaining wall around my pool area. I recall someone here has had significant experience with hardscape installation in the past. Was it vroomp or someone else?

The whole process seems - scarey! I don't know where to begin or what to ask in determining what really needs to be done versus what I think needs to be done. Any direction to get me started would be greatly appreciated.
