The Old Farmers Almanac has a site that lists weather data by date. Link is below. Go to the bottom of page and scroll in the starting date, then advance day by day by clicking on the NEXT DAY link at the top of the page. Don't know of a link that has a free historical summary of temperatures by location. Perhaps someone may know of one.

Try Georgia Weather Net. They have a weather station at the University of Georgia (on the map,click the link close to Watkinsville)then click on Historical Data. You will find the temperature records you want, plus lots of other good info.
