A couple of years ago I spoke at a Symposium up there and on the way back I stopped at Leilania's Garden nursery. It was very nicely landscaped and had some pretty stuff including some bonsai containers.
Why would your club ask for topic suggestions? Doesn't Lelaini know what topics she speaks on?

That's what I thought, and in my reply I said I would prefer to have the speaker choose the topic and speak on what she is most knowledgable on and/or most passionate about. It is not a gardening club, just a woman's group in general so the person setting it up isn't really a gardener I gather. Otherwise I assume she would have at least asked Leilani for a few topics to choose from. So we'll see what happens I guess.
