Good luck finding CGM in metro area (I assume) feed store. Most don't know what the heck it is.

So basically I cant find a good supplier of bulk compost or CGM?

We already have a thread about organics and corn gluten meal.

I have used it with great success in lawns, and gardens in the past.

It's not very expensive. The feed store is on Brannen Road, there is also now one in Kirkwood which is newer. I don't know what they carry. It's near the Zone 6 Police precinct and looked quite nice.

FWIW, I've heard mixed reviews on using it as a lawn pre-emergent. The ecological benefits are cancelled out by driving far away to get it and alleged non organic farming used to produce the corn..

There's a feed store in Kirkwood? Not that I'm complaining (I live a couple of blocks from The Urban Gardener), but why is there a feed store in the middle of an area with ordinances prohibiting livestock and poultry?
