It should bloom. I have a lemon variety that blooms all the time. My daughter bought 2 from a greenhouse that was going out of buisness in Aug. I keep them in a sunny window in my sun room and feed them with 20-20-20 miracle grow ferilizer. The blossoms are a reddish pink. I planted them in a large pot with some swedish ivy. If the plant you have aquired is P.tomentosum then you have a lovely plant. This plant is very vigorous and may need a large pot, it will flower but, as with many of the scented pelargoniums, the flowers will be a secondary attraction to the scented leaves.
