My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dang, I posted on the exchange forum but it posted as tho I wanted Pampas Grass. I don't

I have finally dug out the Pampas grass that was along my entryway, (bad location for this). If anyone wants some let me know. It is free for the the taking.

If not it goes in my firepit this weekend.
