My neighbor (I don't know if he has the same soil as you do, he might) said his pepper leaves are turning yellow and things are not looking so hot. One of his tomatoes got a black stem, the other seems to have blight spots on it, just after planting them.
What kind of veggie starts do you have in? It's been rough on some spring vegetables - a few of mine that were purchased bolted while tiny, because of the heat. The seed sown lettuces are now coming into their own and are gorgeous and delicious... I don't have summer veggies out yet because the nights have been quite cool which tends to stunt the growth of tomatoes.
