whats the ginger on the left on bottom pic?I like the foliage..what color bloom for that one?

I purchased it as Costus amazonicus, but have since read that many times that what is sold as C. amazonicus is actually C. arabicus. So it is one of the two, I am just getting into gingers and have alot to learn. I have never seen it bloom, but I have read that they are shy bloomers.
