With the extraordinarily warm winter we had, I'm not TOO shocked that everything seems to be a little earlier this year, but some things surprise me. Today we noticed the Miss Huff lantanas suddenly had shot out of the ground. In previous years I think they didn't start going until May, but maybe my memory is misleading. I should really start taking notes.

So I'm curious. What have y'all noticed that seems extra-early this year?
