Today i was browsing net when i got to know this very useful information and i am sure this will fascinate all of you as well.

It is about keeping ginger fresh for months..

All you need to do is to break ginger into small pieces but be aware not to use knife while breaking it into pieces.

Once you are done with that, take a jar full of water and now put all those gingers into this.

Refrigerate it and it will remain for long time.

Do not you think it is great? ;)

Only thing i was wondering if w have to change water after some period or not?
