yes, it's wild onion. I have the same thing in my yard. Just yank them out.

i've looked at the pictures of wild onion and that is not it. also it is too tall. stands around four feet tall now.

You can attached a 60K size picture on the Name that Plant forum. Or use a photosharing account such as photobucket to store your pictures and then just paste the picture's URL in this message.
