I noticed one outside the Kmart garden center in Buford this morning, and I have seen them at Lowe's too. Hobby Lobby usually has some really pretty wrought iron ones. I have no idea about the price range though. I'm sure it'll be beautiful with roses climbing on it. Good luck.

Might check Big Lots, also. They often have 2 or more types.
I purchased a heavy metal one there a couple of years ago. I think the price was about $50.

I would check over in the rose forum for the structural requirements. If the arbor is large and the roses cover it, the wind could blow the whole thing down. I am building one that may be overkill but it is in an area exposed to wind. There are some helpful people and discussions about climbing roses over there.

I have a neighbor who could build a wooden one for you at a reasonable price. If you would be willing to set the posts in concrete yourself, that would save you. I have a catalog of arbor and trellis designs that could be used for reference. Your gardens are lovely and deserve structures that would last and be beautiful.
