Mine have the same problem. I got them last fall from my neighbor and at that time they had beautiful blooms. Foliage is great but no flowers?? Could it be because mine are in part shade?

Part shade should not be a problem. Mine have been blooming in serious part shade for years and years.
I'm just guessing about newbie decatur, but sometimes the ones I give away don't bloom well the first year. However, my daylilies are just now starting to put out the stalks with the buds on them (whatever those are called). So maybe yours are going to bloom this year - it's still a little early.
Cindyabs, if yours bloomed in the past but aren't blooming now, I'm guessing that they need to be divided. Now, right before bloom season, isn't the best time to do it.

I second Sugarhill's advice to both of you. Daylilies from what I understand do need divided every 4-5 years, I believe it is. And when I do divide mine, the following year's bloom does tend to slack off.

If you haven't had much rain the last few years, that would reduce the flowering too. If they have never bloomed well, it may be that it was not a variety that has lots of blooms. I have one like that. I wish I had the nerve to just yank it out. But a live plant is a live plant, right?
