Is It Safe?

About 2 months ago, my husband sprayed a mixture of bleach & weed killer on an empty raised flower bed. This mixture is guaranteed to kill any weeds & keep them from returning. Here's my question:

Is it safe to plant a couple of shrubs there now?

Round up is supposed to be ok to plant after a few days. Bleach will break down into sodium (I think). I would think that 2 months would be ok, but check the label on the weed killer.

Final decomposition of bleach will be oxygen and nacl (salt). Should be safe as decomp will be complete in 2 months.
