Green Beans

Anyone out there know the proper method for blanching green beans (pole beans) for freezing. I have been cooking up a large pot of beans every week for several weeks now but my DW and I can't eat them fast enough. I have been told I could blanch them and freeze them but I don't have any idea about the details.

I know that someone on our Georgia GW page will have the answer.

Jay, I think this will help you! We always blanched bush beans 2 mins, so I should they they would be considered "Small".
